WE'LL TELL YOU A LITTLE BIT OVERVIEW OF THE CORRIDOR AND THE PROJECTS THAT ARE TAKING PLACE THERE. AND THEN WE'LL KIND OF GO INTO A LITTLE BIT MORE DETAIL ABOUT THOSE TWO SEGMENTS, WHICH ARE ACTUALLY WITHIN THE LIMITS OF INDIAN TOWN. SO FOR, FOR ANY, ANY ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT THAT IS CONSIDERED A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT, IT HAS TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS YOU SEE IN FRONT OF YOU ON THE BOARD. THERE WE GO THROUGH AN EXTENSIVE PLANNING PROCESS, WHICH IS MOSTLY TO IDENTIFY THE NEED, IDENTIFY THE EXISTING FUNDING AND OVERALL SUPPORT FOR OUR PROJECT. WE GO THROUGH WHAT'S CALLED A PDA PROCESS AGAIN, TO MORE REFINE THE PURPOSE AND NEED TO TRY TO IDENTIFY WHAT ALTERNATIVES OR SOLUTIONS WILL BEST MEET THOSE NEEDS. AND MOST OF ALL, TO PERFORM AN ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION TO MAKE SURE WE ARE NEPA COMPLIANT. AND THAT TAKES US TO THE DESIGN STAGE, WHICH IS WHERE WE ARE FOR ALL FOUR SEGMENTS AT THIS TIME. AND DURING THIS STAGE, WE BASICALLY DEVELOP THE FINAL CONSTRUCTION PLANS. WE FINE TUNE OUR EXACT COST ESTIMATE TO ENSURE THAT THE PROJECT IS STILL COST FEASIBLE. WE SECURE ALL NECESSARY PERMITS TO CONSTRUCT THE PROJE THAT TAKES US THEN WHICH WILL BE HAPPENING IN THE FUTURE, WILL THEN ALSO BE THE RIGHT OF WAY PROCESS WHICH STARTS WITH APPRAISALS, NEGOTIATIONS AND ACQUISITIONS, OR TEMPORARY EASEMENTS OR PERMANENT EASEMENTS. AND ONCE THAT IS COMPLETE, WE WILL BE ABLE TO GO INTO CONSTRUCTION, WHICH IS THE PART EVERYONE WILL NOTICE WHEN IT TAKES PLACE. BUT. WHAT YOU SEE ON THIS SLIDE IS KIND OF AN OVERVIEW OF THE CORRIDOR. AGAIN, THE LIMITS WERE TALKING ABOUT IS FROM VAN BUREN ON THE EASTERN EDGE ALL THE WAY UP TO SOUTHEAST 126, WHICH IS ABOUT JUST ONE MILE PAST THE OKEECHOBEE COUNTY LINE, OR LESS THAN A MILE PAST [00:05:02] THE OKEECHOBEE COUNTY LINE. SO IT'S ABOUT 17.7 MILES OF A STATE ROAD. 710 THE MAIN GOAL OF THE PROJECT, OR THIS INITIATIVE, IS TO CONVERT 710 FROM A TWO LANE FACILITY TO A FOUR LANE DIVIDED FACILITY. AND THIS IS BROKEN UP INTO FOUR SEGMENTS. YOU CAN SEE SEGMENT ONE IS THE PORTION THAT FALLS WITHIN OKEECHOBEE COUNTY. SEGMENT TWO IS THE LONGEST SECTION FROM THE OKEECHOBEE COUNTY LINE TO THE FPL POWER PLANT. SEGMENT THREE FROM THE FPL PLANT TO ALLAPATTAH ROAD AND SEGMENT FOUR FROM ALLAPATTAH TO VAN BUREN. YOU CAN ALSO SEE ON THE LEGEND THERE OF THE MAP THE SEGMENTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY FUNDED FOR CONSTRUCTION IS SEGMENT ONE AND SEGMENT FOUR, AND THE OTHER TWO SEGMENTS WHICH ARE NOT CURRENTLY FUNDED BUT ARE CURRENTLY PROGRAMED IS SEGMENT TWO AND SEGMENT THREE. SEGMENT TWO IS WHERE THERE HAVE BEEN A HIGH CONCENTRATION OF CRASHES, AND IT WAS CONSIDERED BY MANY A SAFETY PRIORITY. SO YOU CAN SEE SEGMENT TWO IS A LITTLE BIT PRIORITIZED ABOVE SEGMENT THREE. AND JUST KIND OF GOING OVER THE OBJECTIVES. YOU KNOW THE WHOLE PROJECT SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT'S GOAL OF TARGET ZERO, WHICH IS A STATEWIDE INITIATIVE TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF TRANSPORTATION RELATED SERIOUS INJURIES TO ENHANCE MOBILITY, MOBILITY, EMERGENCY ACCESS AND TRUCK MOVEMENT, AND TO ENHANCE THE STRATEGIC INTERMODAL SYSTEM AND TO CONNECT STATE ROAD 70 AND PORT OF PALM BEACH. THAT'S GOING THROUGH EVEN MORE FURTHER PROJECTS THAT HAVE BEEN TAKING PLACE FOR MANY YEARS, ALL THE WAY TO THE PORT OF PALM BEACH. WHAT YOU SEE ON THE SCREEN THERE IS THE DOT COMPASS. THIS IS KIND OF OUR KIND OF GUIDING CREED OF HOW THE DEPARTMENT DOES BUSINESS, HOW WE APPROACH OUR PURPOSE, AND OF DELIVERING OUR SERVICES TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA. YOU CAN SEE AT THE CENTER OF THE COMPASS IS COMMUNITIES. AS WE SAID DURING THE PLANNING PROCESS, EVERYTHING STARTS WITH COMMUNITIES, IS COMMUNITIES THAT IDENTIFY THE NEED AND THAT WE ARE TRYING TO SERVE THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF A PROJECT. GOING AROUND THE COMPASS, YOU CAN SEE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, TECHNOLOGY, SUPPLY CHAIN, RESILIENCY AND SAFETY. THROUGH EVERY PROJECT, WE TRY TO IDENTIFY WHAT IS THE FOCUS OF THESE PROJECTS, THAT WE TRY TO NARROW IT DOWN TO ABOUT 2 OR 3 OF THOSE OF THOSE PRINCIPLES. IN THIS CASE, SAFETY HAS BEEN SELECTED BECAUSE STATE ROAD 710 HAS HAD A HIGH NUMBER OF CRASHES IN RECENT YEARS, WHICH IS A BIG PART OF WHAT'S TRIGGERED THIS PROJECT OR TRIGGERED THE PRIORITIZATION OF THIS INITIATIVE SUPPLY CHAIN. THIS CORRIDOR ALSO CARRIES A VERY HIGH CONCENTRATION OF TRUCK TRAFFIC. I BELIEVE 25% OF VEHICLES PASSING THROUGH ARE TRUCKS AND FREIGHT. FREIGHT FUNDING IS ONE OF THE MAIN SOURCES WE ARE LOOKING AT TO TRY TO HELP FUND A LOT OF PORTIONS OF THIS PROJECT, AND RESILIENCY. THIS IS A BIG, BIG IMPROVEMENT. SO WE ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM DESIGN DESIGN YEAR TO TRY TO MAKE SURE THE IMPROVEMENTS WE DO, EVEN THOUGH THEY MIGHT, ARE REALLY BEING PLANNED FOR THE FUTURE. AND AGAIN, I KIND OF WON'T GO THROUGH EVERY LINE, BUT, YOU KNOW, INCREASED CAPACITY, MULTIMODAL CONNECTIVITY, ACCOMMODATING TRUCK TRAFFIC AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS. AND I'LL KIND OF NOW TURN IT OVER TO THE TWO PROJECT MANAGERS CAN TALK ABOUT THEIR SPECIFIC SEGMENTS THAT THEY'RE DESIGNING. GO AHEAD. THANK YOU. ROB. SO AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE SLIDE HERE, THERE ARE A NUMBER OF DEVELOPMENTS THAT WE IDENTIFIED ALONG THE CORRIDOR. OBVIOUSLY THE TERRA LARGO IS ONE OF THE MAIN DEVELOPMENTS THAT IS CURRENTLY ONGOING ALONG THE CORRIDOR. WE'VE, YOU KNOW, TAKEN THIS INTO CONSIDERATION AS WE TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT IMPROVEMENT NEEDS TO BE DONE ALONG THE CORRIDOR. THERE'S ALSO THE VILLAGE MARKET DELICATESSEN THAT IS ALSO LOOKING TO OPEN JUST SOUTH OF THE INDIAN, THE INDIAN WOULD DRIVE ACCESS POINTS. SO THAT'S ALSO ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE LOOKING AT. I THINK THEY ALREADY SUBMITTED SOME PERMITS TO FDOT THAT IS UNDER REVIEW AT THE MOMENT. SO AS FAR AS THE SEGMENT FROM THE FPL ACCESS ROAD ALL THE WAY TO ALLAPATTAH, YOU KNOW, IT'S APPROXIMATELY A FIVE MILE SEGMENT. YOU HAVE IT [00:10:01] CURRENTLY, IT'S A TWO LANE DIVIDED UNDIVIDED ROADWAY. IT HAS A C2 CONTEXT CLASS. AND THE CONTEXT CLASS IS REALLY HOW WE IDENTIFY WHAT KIND OF WHAT KIND OF FACILITIES OR PROPERTIES ARE ADJACENT TO THE CORRIDOR, SO THAT WE CAN BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE RIGHT LEVEL OF IMPROVEMENT. THE CURRENT DESIGN SPEED GOES FROM 45MPH WITHIN AS YOU GO FROM THE, THE EAST TO, TO THE WEST. AND THEN THE EXISTING RIGHT OF WAY VARIES FROM 69FT TO 143FT. THIS SLIDE BASICALLY SHOWS YOU THE FIRST PROPOSED TYPICAL SECTION. AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE SLIDE HERE, WHAT WE'RE LOOKING TO DO IS TO PROVIDE A FOUR LANE DIVIDED ROAD, TYPICAL SECTION WITH A 40 FOOT MEDIAN BASICALLY FROM THE FPL ACCESS ROAD TO FOX BROWN ROAD TO JUST EAST OF BROWN ROAD. THIS IS ACTUALLY GOING TO WHAT WE'RE DOING WITH THAT IS MAKING SURE THAT WE USE WE UTILIZE THE EXISTING PAVEMENT AS THE EASTBOUND LANES, AND THEN WE BUILD A NEW WESTBOUND WESTBOUND LANES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE CORRIDOR. THE DESIGN SPEED WITHIN THIS SEGMENT IS 60MPH, AND THE POSTED SPEED IS GOING TO BE BETWEEN 50 AND 60MPH. OBVIOUSLY, THE YOU'RE GOING TO BE NEEDING ADDITIONAL RIGHT OF WAY TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THIS IMPROVEMENTS, PARTICULARLY THE WESTBOUND LANES AS WELL AS THE SHARED USE PATH. WE'RE PROVIDING A SHARED USE PATH ON THE NORTH SIDE TO FACILITATE THE MULTIMODAL ACCOMMODATION THAT ROB JUST TALKED ABOUT. THIS PROJECT WILL ALSO RESULT IN ABOUT ONE BUSINESS RELOCATION WITHIN THAT SEGMENT. AS YOU CAN SEE ON THIS SCREEN HERE, I JUST WANTED TO SHOW YOU THE COLOR. SO JUST GOING FROM THE LEFT TO THE RIGHT WE HAVE THERE'S AN INTERCEPTOR DITCH THAT IS ON THE NORTH SIDE THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO ACQUIRE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO CONSTRUCT THAT WITHIN THE CORRIDOR. THEN YOU HAVE THE GREEN AREA IS THE AREA THAT WE'RE GOING TO NEED RIGHT AWAY TO ACQUIRE RIGHT OF WAY TO BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THE WESTBOUND LANES AND THE SHARED USE PATH. AND THEN ON THE FAR RIGHT WHERE YOU HAVE THE PURPLE, THAT IS AN AREA WITHIN THE CSX RIGHT OF WAY THAT WE'RE LOOKING TO ALSO HAVE A TEMPORARY EASEMENT AS WELL, SO THAT WE CAN BE ABLE TO RESHAPE OR REGRADE THIS WELL IN THAT AREA AS WELL. THE SECOND TYPICAL SECTION IS JUST FROM EAST OF BROWN ROAD ALL THE WAY TO ALLAPATTAH. WHAT WE'RE DOING IN THIS SECTION IS TO PROVIDE A SUBURBAN TYPICAL SECTION. NOW, THE REASON WHY WE'RE PROVIDING THAT SUBURBAN WITHIN THAT AREA IS, AS YOU GET FROM THE WEST, TOWARDS THE EAST, YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY GETTING CLOSER TOWARDS TOWARDS YOU'RE GETTING INTO INDIAN TOWN, THE VILLAGE OF INDIAN TOWN. SO WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE VEHICLES ARE SLOWING DOWN SO THAT THEY CAN BE ABLE TO AS THEY GET TO THE CENTER OF THE TOWN, THEY WILL BE AT SPEEDS WILL BE REDUCED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. SO THAT IS THE ESSENCE OF WHY WE'RE CHANGING THE TYPICAL SECTION, INTRODUCING ELEMENTS LIKE A CURB AND GUTTER SO THAT THAT WOULD MAKE THE VEHICLE SLOW DOWN. THE DESIGN SPEED IS 50MPH, BUT THE POSTED SPEED IS GOING TO BE 45MPH. IN THIS AREA WE'RE DOING VERY SIMILAR THINGS, MAINTAINING THE EXISTING AS THE EASTBOUND LANES AND THEN ALSO THE WESTBOUND LANES. YOU'RE GOING TO NEED RIGHT OF WAY TO BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THAT AS WELL. THE SHARED USE PATH IS ALSO INCLUDED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THIS CORRIDOR AS WELL. SO THIS SLIDE HERE BASICALLY JUST SHOWS YOU HOW THE ROADWAY IS GOING TO LOOK LIKE FROM A PLAN VIEW. AS YOU CAN SEE, THIS IS A FOX BROWN. THE REALIGNED FOX BROWN ROAD. THE OLD FOX BROWN ROAD IS GOING TO BE DISCONNECTED FROM A 710. AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO ALSO BE DOING A LOT OF ACCESS MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE MEDIAN ALONG THE ENTIRE CORRIDOR. WE'RE GOING TO BE WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO MAKE ACCESS MANAGEMENT CHANGES IN THE SENSE THAT THEY ADD SOME MEDIANS THAT WILL HAVE TO BE CLOSED, THAT SOME THAT WILL HAVE TO BE RELOCATED IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE MEETING THE ACCESS MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS ALONG THE ROAD. THIS SLIDE ALSO SHOWS I KNOW THIS IS ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE HAD WAS MENTIONED TO US WHEN WE HAD THE MEETING WITH THE MARTIN COUNTY ABOUT A COUPLE OF MONTHS BACK, YOU KNOW, TO TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO REALIGN, YOU KNOW, ALLAPATTAH ROAD TO ALIGN WITH A MARTIN LUTHER KING. SO WE TOOK A LOOK AT THAT. THIS IS JUST A PRELIMINARY EVALUATION OF THAT. AS YOU CAN SEE, YOU WOULD HAVE TO AS ALLAPATTAH ROAD GOES SOUTH, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE ALIGNMENT IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO ALIGN THAT THE BENEFITS THAT OF HAVING THIS REALIGNMENT IS THE [00:15:02] FACT THAT YOU ACTUALLY WOULD MEET THE ACCESS MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS. RIGHT NOW, IF YOU LOOK AT ALLAPATTAH, IT'S JUST ABOUT HALF A MILE FROM MARTIN LUTHER KING. SO IF YOU PUT A RAISED MEDIAN IN THAT AREA, IT DOESN'T MEET THE ACCESS MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENT. SO REALIGNING THAT WOULD ACTUALLY, YOU KNOW, ENABLE THE CORRIDOR TO MEET THE ACCESS MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS IN TERMS OF THE SIGNAL SPACINGS ALONG THE CORRIDOR, THE PRELIMINARY COST ESTIMATES WE HAVE FOR THIS, ABOUT $4.5 MILLION. SO THIS SHOWS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE SEGMENT THAT GOES FROM THE FPL ACCESS ROAD ALL THE WAY TO ALLAPATTAH. AS YOU CAN SEE, WE STARTED THIS PROJECT ABOUT A YEAR AGO. WITHIN BY FALL OF THIS YEAR, WE'RE GOING TO BE PRODUCING THE INITIAL PLANS. THAT IS THE ALIGNMENTS, MAKING SURE THAT WE'VE ADDRESSED THINGS LIKE THE, THE HORIZONTAL, THE VERTICAL ALIGNMENTS, PRELIMINARY DRAINAGE, SO THAT WE CAN KNOW HOW MUCH YOU KNOW, RIGHT OF WAY IS NEEDED TO BE ABLE TO DEVELOP THIS ROADWAY. IN THE FALL OF 2026, WE'RE GOING TO BE HAVING A PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING. FOLLOWING THAT. THE RIGHT OF WAY WOULD ALSO START ABOUT 2027. AND THEN THE FINAL PLANS. WE ANTICIPATE THAT IN THE SUMMER OF 2030, AND THEN CONSTRUCTION IS ANTICIPATED FOR 2031, SPRING OF 2031. AS ROB MENTIONED, THIS SEGMENT IS NOT CURRENTLY FUNDED FOR CONSTRUCTION. AND WITH THAT RIGHT. IT'S ABOUT JUST UNDER A MILE LONG. THE CURRENT ROADWAY IS A THREE LANE UNDIVIDED IN THIS SECTION. GODFREY HAD TOUCHED ON THE CONTEXT CLASSIFICATION. THIS IS WHAT WOULD BE CALLED A SUBURBAN COMMERCIAL CONTEXT CLASSIFICATION 35 TO 40 MILE PER HOUR POSTED SPEED, AS WELL AS THE EXISTING RIGHT OF WAY FROM 130 TO 176FT. THE PROPOSED TYPICAL SECTION FOR THIS PROJECT INCLUDES A FOUR LANE DIVIDED HIGHWAY, A SMALLER MEDIAN THAN IN THE NORTHERN SECTION, ONLY A 22 FOOT MEDIAN HERE 45 MILE PER HOUR DESIGN SPEED, WITH LOWER POSTED SPEEDS OF 35 TO 40. WE WILL HAVE A SHARED USE PATH TEN FOOT ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROADWAY, WITH DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS BEHIND THAT ON EITHER END, AND WE DO NOT ANTICIPATE ANY RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION NEEDED FOR THIS SEGMENT. GODFREY MENTIONED SOME ACCESS MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE NORTHERN SEGMENT. THAT WOULD BE THE SAME CASE FOR THIS. AND THEN YOUR RESIDENTIAL IS JUST SLIGHTLY OVER 5% OF YOUR TAX BASE. WITH THE DECREASE IN YOUR TAXABLE VALUE, THE MILLAGE RATE SHOULD BE ADJUSTED. IN MY OPINION, TO MAINTAIN OR EVEN INCREASE YOUR REVENUES FROM YOUR PRIOR YEAR. SO TO MAINTAIN IT'S CALLED THE ROLLBACK RATE. ONCE YOUR TENTATIVE MILLAGE IS ESTABLISHED, IT WILL BE REFLECTED ON THE TRUTH IN MILLAGE, WHICH IS THE TRIM NOTICES THAT WILL BE MAILED OUT BY THE PROPERTY APPRAISER MID-AUGUST. THAT TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE, AGAIN ONCE ADOPTED, CAN ONLY BE REDUCED. IT CANNOT BE RAISED UNLESS YOU GO THROUGH THE MAILINGS AND THE HEARINGS ALL OVER AGAIN. YOU HAD 13.13 MILLION IN NEW CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS, AND I'VE LISTED THEM THERE. EAST COAST METALS, ALMOST $6.5 MILLION. THE KENDAL INDUSTRIES, 2.3 MILLION RIVER OAK. AND THIS IS WHAT GOT ME STARTED THINKING ABOUT FUTURE OF YOUR TAX BASE, PARTICULARLY SO RIVER OAK THEY GO. THEY BOUGHT LAND FOR TWO MORE PHASES OVER OVER ON THE WATER AND SURROUNDING THE MARINA. AND WHEN THEY BOUGHT THAT PROPERTY THEY LOST THEIR AG EXEMPTION. THAT'S A GOOD THING. BUT THEY CAN REAPPLY FOR IT. SO WE GOT THE BENEFIT OF IT COMING OFF. AND WE HAD AN INCREASE OF THE 2.4 MILLION. BUT IF THEY APPLY FOR IT AND THEY IT GOES BACK ON AND THEY GET IT AND THEY HAVE UNTIL MARCH. SO EVEN THOUGH THE DEADLINE FOR NORMAL PROPERTY IS DECEMBER OF 2024, THEY WOULD HAVE UNTIL MARCH OF 2025 TO QUALIFY AND GET APPROVED. AND ONCE THAT HAPPENS, THEY WOULD COME OFF THE TAX ROLL FOR THE JUNE 1ST NUMBERS. SO I JUST IT'S GOOD THAT WE GOT IT THIS YEAR, BUT THERE'S POTENTIAL. WE COULD LOSE IT NEXT OR IN THE FUTURE. SO AGAIN ONCE THAT TENTATIVE MILLAGE IS ESTABLISHED YOU CAN LOWER IT. THE MAXIMUM MILLAGE RATE PER THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ON THEIR THEIR FORMS THAT THEY GIVE TO US IS TREMENDOUS. IT'S 6.8644. AND THAT'S BECAUSE INITIALLY WHEN THE VILLAGE HAD A MILLAGE RATE, IT INCLUDED THE FIRE RESCUE PORTION THAT THE COUNTY NOW COLLECTS. SO YOUR MILLAGE WENT UP AND THEN IT WENT DOWN. BUT THAT MAXIMUM CALCULATION IS BASED ON YOUR WHAT YOUR MILLAGE WAS AT THE HIGHEST POINT, IF YOU WILL, YOUR CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS AND ANY EXEMPTIONS BEING MADE DURING 2026 WILL IMPACT YOUR TAXABLE VALUE FOR NEXT YEAR, WHICH WILL START IN 2025, IN OCTOBER AND GO TILL SEPTEMBER OF 2026. CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 31ST, 2025 WILL IMPACT YOUR MILLAGE CALCULATIONS FOR 2627 AND THEN ANY EXEMPTIONS THAT VARY FROM FOR APPLICATION SUBMITTALS AND DEADLINES CAN ALSO IMPACT YOU ALL TAXPAYERS. ALL TAXPAYERS PAY THE COUNTYWIDE AND FIRE MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNIT, WHICH IS THE MSTU. SO REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU LIVE, EVERYONE PAYS INTO THAT. THEY [01:10:03] BOTH WENT DOWN SLIGHTLY. AND SO I'M GIVING YOU SOME OPTIONS HERE. IDEALLY, I DON'T WANT TO I WOULD PREFER THAT WE DON'T LOSE ANY GROUND. AND AFTER YOU HEARD MR. FLORIO, I MEAN, WE KNOW WE'RE GOING TO HAVE SOME INCREASES. FLORIO TOLD ME THAT THE AUDITORS THAT WE HAD THE FIRST TIME THEY WERE EXPOSED TO THE VILLAGE BUDGET AND THE NUMBERS, THE GENTLEMAN MADE THE COMMENT, I CAN'T, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU CAN EVEN OPERATE LESS THAN TWO MILLS. HE KIND OF SAID THAT WAS UNHEARD OF. SO I WENT BACK TO LOOK AT, OUT OF THE 411 MUNICIPALITIES IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, ONLY 24 OF THEM ARE LESS THAN TWO, AND WE'RE ONE OF THEM. SO ANYWAYS, THAT'S JUST A FOOD FOR THOUGHT. SO IF YOU GO BACK TO THAT ROLLBACK RATE, THAT'S WHAT YOUR PIE WILL LOOK LIKE AND WHAT THE DOLLARS THAT WILL BE GENERATED, YOU WILL GET 3 MILLION, ALMOST 3.8 MILLION OUT OF THE TPP. THERE'S A LEGISLATIVE THREAT TO MODIFY OR ELIMINATE PROPERTY TAXES THAT WILL NEGATIVELY IMPACT US. EVEN IF YOU LOOKED AT NEW RESIDENTIAL GOING 45 UNITS PER MONTH FOR A FULL YEAR, FOR FULL YEAR, YOU WOULD GET AN INCREASE IN YOUR TAX BASE BY ABOUT 5%. TO THE MAYOR'S POINT, IF YOU WERE TRYING TO REPLACE THE NUMBER OF ROOFTOPS TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE FOR WHAT YOU HAVE IN TPP, IT'D BE OVER 7000 HOMES YOU WOULD NEED. YES, WE'RE TALKING IN VERY LARGE NUMBERS. YES. AND I THINK THEY DON'T NECESSARILY CONNECT WITH THE PUBLIC. CAN YOU TELL ME?
