AS OF THIS MORNING, JULY 15TH, 2025, I INSPECTED THE PROPERTY AND SAW CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE AND THEY HAD CLEANED UP AND THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN CUT. OF ALL THE OVERGROWTH AND TREES HAVE BEEN TRIMMED AND THOSE ARE LISTED AS 25 THROUGH 30. I DO REQUEST THAT THE VILLAGE RECEIVE EXHIBITS ONE THROUGH 30 BE RECEIVED INTO EVIDENCE, AND BASED ON MY TESTIMONY AND THE EVIDENCE PRESENTED, I REQUESTED THE RESPONDENT BE ORDERED TO NOT REPEAT THE VIOLATIONS, WOULD DECIDED PROVISIONS, AND IF THE PROPERTY COMES OUT OF COMPLIANCE.
