BUT WE'RE HOPING TO GET THAT DEVELOPMENT ORDER ISSUED IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS ONCE IT COMPLIES WITH ALL THE ELDERS AND CRITERIA THAT ARE OUTSTANDING THAT NEED MEETING.

SO AND WE'VE GOT THE MARTIN COUNTY BUILDING OFFICIAL AND THEIR TEAM WORKING ON THE REVIEWS AND INSPECTIONS ARE OFTEN DONE DAILY, IF NOT TWICE A DAY. SO IT'S GETTING VERY BUSY. AND THAT'S WHERE YOU'RE GETTING THAT INCREASE IN THOSE BUILDING PERMITS, FEES THAT ARE BEING PAID. AND AS EACH ONE OF THEM IS COMPLETED, THERE WILL BE IMPACT FEES ON MOBILITY FEES AS WELL THAT ARE PAID, WHICH IS REALLY HELPFUL FOR THE VILLAGE. WE'VE ALSO GOT THE PLAT THAT WAS RECENTLY APPROVED FOR TERRA LAGO. THE RIVER OAK SITE PLAN WAS APPROVED, AND OBVIOUSLY, AS YOU'VE SEEN FOR RIVER OAK, THEY GOT A PLAT AND THEY'RE IN THE PROCESS OF ACTUALLY BEING VERTICAL AND OBVIOUSLY ACCOMMODATING THE 131 HOUSES THAT HAVE BEEN APPROVED ON THAT SITE. WE ALSO HAVE SEMINOLE CROSSING. THEY'LL BE COMING.
THERE'S A PLAT THAT'S IN FOR REVIEW, AND YOU WILL SEE THAT LIKELY IN JUNE. IT WAS WE WERE HOPING TO GET IT ON FOR THIS MONTH, BUT IT WASN'T READY FOR IT. HAD A FEW THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. WE WILL NOT BRING ANYTHING TO YOU UNTIL IT DEMONSTRATES COMPLIANCE WITH ALL OF THE CODES. SO ANYTHING THAT YOU SEE, IT'S BEEN REVIEWED AND STAFF HAVE COMPLIED. OSCEOLA PINES PUD MASTER FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER AND ALSO A CONCURRENT FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL AS A MAJOR BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF UNITS. SO THEY'LL BE COMING BEFORE YOU AND THEN THEY WILL BE PREPARING AND SUBMITTING A PLAT LATER, BECAUSE THEY ALSO INTEND TO LOOK AT SELLING THOSE UNITS. WE'VE ALSO HAD HERITAGE PARK, WHICH YOU WOULD PROBABLY BE FAMILIAR WITH AS THE FORMER FEMA SITE THAT HELD THOSE TEMPORARY HOUSING ACCOMMODATION, AND IT'S ALL VACANT RIGHT NOW, BUT HAS UTILITIES AND SOME OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FROM WHEN POST-HURRICANE WHEN IT WAS A TEMPORARY HOLDING POSITION FOR ACCOMMODATION. SO IT WILL COME BEFORE YOU AS PCB AND THEN IT WILL GO TO VILLAGE COUNCIL. AND THEN WE'VE ALSO HAD THE JPI INDIAN TOWN APPLICATION THAT'S LITERALLY JUST BEEN SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW. THEY CAME IN FOR A PRE-APPLICATION AND COMPLETENESS AND THAT'S FOR 39 UNITS. BUT THEY HAVE BEEN THEY'RE ONE OF THE FIRST ONES THAT CAME IN AT THE POINT WHERE WE'D HAD THE VILLAGE ENGINEER ANALYSIS WITH REGARDS TO CAPACITY. SO THEY'RE VERY AWARE FROM THE PRE-APP AND WHEN THEY WERE COMING IN FOR COMPLETENESS, THAT WE ARE AT CAPACITY RIGHT NOW IN TERMS OF NEW ROOFTOPS, A HERITAGE PARK IS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT BECAUSE IT WAS A PREVIOUS DEVELOPED AND INFRASTRUCTURE WAS PROVIDED. SO THEY'RE PROVIDING ADDITIONAL ANALYSIS TO DEMONSTRATE THAT IT IS PART OF WHAT WAS APPROVED UNDER THE ORIGINAL ERCS THAT WERE PAID FOR WHEN IT WAS PART OF MARTIN COUNTY AND A FEMA SITE.
