UM AND SO THEY'VE BEEN WORKING WITH THEM TO GET THAT STUFF REMOVED.

THEY'VE REMOVED THE GOOD AMOUNT OF THE MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DRYER.

WE ALSO ADDRESSED SOME OUTDOOR STORAGE AND INOPERABLE EQUIPMENT THAT'S BEING THAT WAS BEING MAINTAINED ALONG THE EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY. UM THOSE THINGS HAVE SINCE BEEN ADDRESSED. UM THE REMAINING VIOLATION IS THE CHICKENS, ACCORDING TO THE RESPONDENTS, UM THEY OR INTENDING ON, UM I GUESS. REMOVING THE CHICKENS.

I'M NOT ENTIRELY SURE IF THEY'RE GOING TO BE SELLING THEM OR YOU KNOW, CONSUMING THEM, BUT THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED ACCORDING TO THEM WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK, UM SO WE WANTED TO THEY'VE SINCE CORRALLED THEM, AND THEY'RE BEING MAINTAINED IN THE YARD. UM WHICH WOULD PUT US OUT TO THE DECEMBER 19TH HEARING TO FACILITATE COMPLIANCE. OKAY IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT UNDER THE CURRENT ZONING IN THE VILLAGE. THERE REALLY ISN'T ANY PLACE WHERE YOU CAN KEEP SHIPPING NO PLACE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A FEW AREAS THAT ARE ZONED RURAL RESIDENTIAL, UM, HERE IN TOWN THAT THEY DO PERMIT IT. UM THEY'RE MAINTAINING A LITTLE BIT OF A LARGER AMOUNT OF CHICKENS ON THIS PARTICULAR PROPERTY. MHM. THEY HAD AN INOPERABLE VEHICLE THAT'S SINCE BEEN REMOVED. SO THE IN OUR VEHICLES IS NO LONGER THERE, AND THEY'RE ALSO WORKING ON HAVING THE CHICKENS OFFICIALLY REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. UM SO THAT WE WANTED TO GIVE THEM AS WELL SEEING AS WE'RE GIVING THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY ADDITIONAL TIME WE WANTED A LOT THEM TO 30 DAYS TO FACILITATE COMPLIANCE. ON THIS, BUT REALLY THE ONLY REMAINING VIOLATION WOULD BE THE MAINTENANCE OF ANIMALS AND LIVESTOCK ON ON THE PROPERTY.
