WE ALSO HAVE A SUSPICION THAT THERE COULD BE AH , A PERSON OR PERSONS RESIDING WITHIN THE BUILDING. AS OF RIGHT NOW. ARE BUILDING DEPARTMENT HASN'T CONDUCTED A SITE VISIT ON THE PROPERTY. UM AND WE HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO, UH YOU KNOW, OBTAIN ACCESS. TO INSPECT THE INTERIOR JUST TO VERIFY THE INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING ITSELF. I MEAN, REMOVED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF THE TRASH. UM THE ONLY THING THAT'S WELL AND ALSO THERE WERE SOME CHICKENS ON THE PROPERTY. HE'S REMOVED THOSE AS WELL. UM THE ONLY THING THAT'S OUTSTANDING IS THE WINDOW AND SKYLIGHT VIOLATION. THERE WERE ALL THE WINDOWS ALL ALONG THE EXTERIOR WERE COVERED WITH WOODEN BOARDS. UM, HE'S GOT TWO WINDOWS THAT HE'S GOING TO BE REPAIRING. UM, WHICH IS WHY HE HAS THE BOARD STILL ON THEM. SO I WANTED TO GIVE HIM A CONTINUANCE OF 30 DAY CONTINUANCE ON IT. UH AS I WAS ON MY WAY IN THE HE GAVE ME A CALL STATING THAT THEY WERE INTENDING ON SUBMITTING THAT APPLICATION THAT THEY'VE SINCE COMPLETED.
