UM WE'RE ALSO IN DISREPAIR, INCLUDING SOME OF THE PLUMBING FIXTURES AND, UM AND THEN JUST SOME OF THE. THE ROOF WITHIN THE INTERIOR WAS CRACKING AND JUST ALL AROUND. YOU KNOW AESTHETICS WITHIN THE INTERIOR. THE MAIN CONCERN WAS THE ROOF. AND THE SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF DISREPAIR THAT WE OBSERVED ON THE ROOF AT THAT TIME. UM THE BUILDING OFFICIAL DETERMINED THAT, UM THAT THE PROPERTY WAS WAS WAS UNSAFE. BUT THERE WAS A LITTLE BIT OF A PARTICULAR

CIRCUMSTANCE BECAUSE WE DID HAVE A TENANT THAT WAS OCCUPYING THE RESIDENTS.
