THE SCREEN. THE PROPOSAL IN THIS CASE IS FOR 410 SINGLE FAMILY UNITS, DWELLING UNITS 174 TOWN HOMES, 12 ACRE COMMUNITY CENTER POOL, RECREATION FACILITIES TO PARKS. THREE LAKES TOTALING ALMOST 19 ACRES. UM AND I JUST WANTED TO GO IN, UH, SPEND A LITTLE BIT TALKING ABOUT THE COMMUNITY CENTER. UM THE 12 ACRES INCLUDES A 5000 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AS A COMMUNITY CENTER POOL. PICKLEBALL COURTS, SAND VOLLEYBALL COURTS PLAYGROUND, MULTIPURPOSE FIELD AND OTHER FLUX FIELDS AND OPEN SPACE. UM THIS PROJECT AND SOME OF YOU WERE ON THINK THAT THE BOARD WHEN WE REVIEWED, UH, PHASE ONE. A UM, THIS IS ADJACENT TO THAT PHASE, AND THAT PHASE UH, UM, INCLUDED A LOT OF BUFFER AREAS. SO THIS THESE SOME OF THESE HOMES ARE ADJACENT TO THAT THOSE AREAS. UM. THIS IS A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. BUT THE UNDERLYING ZONING AND LAND USE IS STILL THERE. IT'S SUBURBAN, RESIDENTIAL AND RURAL COMMUNITY AND THE ZONING IS THE UNDERLYING ZONING IS LIMITED RESIDENTIAL AND RURAL RESIDENTIAL. AND THIS SMALL LOCATION MAP OUTLINING THE THREE PARCELS THAT I DISCUSSED THE LARGER PARCELS. SINGLE FAMILY, THE SMALLER PARCEL TO THE SOUTH IS THE TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT AND THE SMALLER AH, PARCEL TO THE WEST IS THE COMMUNITY CENTER FACILITY. YOU KNOW, THE CITY AT THE VILLAGE ADOPTED THE P U. D AGREEMENT AND THE OVERALL DEVELOPMENT? UH JUST, UH, OVER A YEAR AGO, BUT THIS THE HISTORY OF THIS PROPERTY ACTUALLY GOES BACK 15 YEARS WHEN THE COUNTY APPROVED THE FIRST WHAT WAS CALLED THE D R E DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT, AND IN FACT, THE 15TH ANNIVERSARY OF THAT APPROVAL WAS JUST FOUR DAYS AGO, SO IT WAS APPROVED. YEAH HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE D R I, UM FEBRUARY 12TH OF 2008. UM SINCE THE VILLAGE BECAME IT WAS INCORPORATED. AFTER WE CAME IN, BECAME INCORPORATED. WE REVIEWED THE NEW APPLICATION. UM, AND THIS APPLICATION WAS APPROVED IN DECEMBER OF 2020 21. THE OVERALL DEVELOPMENTS. 24 88 UNITS AND 100,000 SQUARE FEET. OKAY? UM OKAY, SO BASICALLY, WE MET WITH A, UH DESIGN DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COLLEAGUES ON DECEMBER 21ST, WHICH HAPPENS TO BE MY BIRTHDAY.

JUST KIND OF RESTATE SOME ISSUES THAT ARE ALREADY IN THE P U D AGREEMENT. THAT'S ALSO NOT ADDING ANYTHING. TO THE EVALUATION OF ANY OF THIS, UM AS WE WERE LOOKING AT IT, SO WHEN WE ALL STAFF TALKED ABOUT IT, TALKED WITH IT WITH THE APPLICANT AND THE ENDEAVOR TO TRY TO ZERO IN OUR CONDITIONS ON THE REALLY IMPORTANT THINGS THAT WE WOULD WANT ANYBODY TO FOCUS ON. WE HAVE A NUMBER OF THESE CONDITIONS WHEN THE STAFF IS RECOMMENDING APPROVAL.
