UM YOU KNOW, AS THE FINANCE DIRECTOR, I'M SEEING ALL THE PAYMENTS AND EVERYTHING THAT'S COMING IN AND YOU KNOW THE COSTS ARE GOING UP. IT'S GETTING MORE EXPENSIVE TO DO BUSINESS OUT THERE. PUTTING A LOT OF STRAIN ON OUR ONGOING BUSINESS OPERATIONS. I JUST REALLY AT A POINT WHERE THE VILLAGE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT WITH ITS CASH.
