COUNCIL AND RECOMMENDATION FROM YOU, UM, FOR IT TO BE CHANGED ON THE ZONING MAP. SO THIS PROPOSED L D R. INCLUDES A P U. D ZONING DISTRICT AS I MENTIONED, WHICH WILL BE PERMITTED AND ALL FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS EXCEPT HEAVY INDUSTRIAL, RECREATIONAL AND CONSERVATION. ADD A MINIMUM OF 50 ACRES PROPERTY OWNER WOULD BE ELIGIBLE. AND I JUST WANT TO MENTION WITH THAT 50 ACRES. ANOTHER CHANGE TO OUR LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REGARDING MINOR AND MAJOR DEVELOPMENT. NEXT SLIDE. SO THERE ARE A COUPLE OF SECTIONS THAT ARE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE IN BOTH CHAPTER 11 AND CHAPTER, 12. CHAPTER 11 IN PARTICULAR OUTLINES THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS BOARD. THE VILLAGE COUNCIL AND STAFF. AND WE RECOGNIZE. THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR IN ONE OF THE ITEMS THAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE THE FINAL DECISION MAKING MAKER, WHICH IS CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS. ACTUALLY SAID IN THE TEXT THAT YOU ARE THE FINAL DECISION MAKER , BUT THE TABLE DIDN'T REFLECT THAT. SO THAT'S ONE OF THE CHANGES THAT WE'RE INSTITUTING WITH THIS. PARTICULAR ORDINANCE . THE OTHER THING THAT WE'RE DOING IS WE'RE PROVIDING A NEW THRESHOLD OR STANDARD FOR MINOR SITE PLANS. MINOR ADMINISTRATIVE SITE PLANS AND MAJOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL. AND THE EXCLAMATION POINT I WANT TO PUT ON THIS IS THAT RIGHT NOW. THERE ARE CERTAIN SIZED PROJECTS. 100,000 SQUARE FEET IF IT'S INDUSTRIAL I DON'T HAVE TO BRING IT TO YOU IF IT MEETS EVERY LETTER OF THE CODE, I CAN APPROVE IT ADMINISTRATIVELY. FOR ME. IN A VILLAGE THIS SIZE THAT'S TOO LARGE OVER THRESHOLD. FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL. I FEEL LIKE OR STAFF FEELS LIKE. THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS DON'T BOTHER WITH, YOU KNOW, FILLING THE ONE OUT THAT WE'VE PROVIDED TO YOU TONIGHT.
