WHY DON'T I SWEAR YOU'RE IN SINCE YOU ARE TESTIFYING, IF YOU WILL RAISE YOUR RIGHT HAND, YOU SWEAR OR AFFIRM THE TESTIMONY ABOUT TO GIVE WILL BE THE TRUTH. ALL TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, SO YES, SIR. OKAY, VERY GOOD. SO WHAT WAS THAT STORY SO THE PROPERTY WAS REINSPECTED ON NOVEMBER 12? AND THE IT'S. THE VIOLATIONS WERE CITED ON THE PROPERTY OF 14932 SOUTHWEST JOHNSTON AVENUE. UM WE HAD VIOLATIONS FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE, TRASH AND DEBRIS. ABANDONED VEHICLES AND, UM, ALSO BUILDING PERMIT VIOLATION FOR A FENCE THAT THEY WERE CONSTRUCTING ON THE PROPERTY. UM THESE VIOLATIONS HAVE ALL SINCE BEEN, UH, ADDRESSED AND COMPLIED. UM THE FENCE STRUCTURE THAT THEY WERE. BUILDING HAS SINCE BEEN ABANDONED. THE PROJECT HAS BEEN ABANDONED ENTIRELY, AND THEY REMOVED THE BOARD'S, UM, THAT ARE SURROUNDING THE PERIMETER OF THE FENCE. UM. AND WITH REGARDS TO THE ABANDONED VEHICLES. THOSE HAVE SINCE BEEN REMOVED. UM THE TRASH AND DEBRIS HAS BEEN, UM NOT ONLY REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY, BUT MAINTAINED, UM, FOR. YOU KNOW, MAINTAINED IN A COMPLIANT MANNER AND THE OUTDOOR STORAGE THAT WAS PRIMARILY LOCATED WITHIN THE CORE PORT AREA HAS SINCE BEEN REMOVED, AND THEY'VE. UH ONLY BEEN MAINTAINING THINGS THAT ARE, I GUESS CONSISTENT WITH OUTDOOR STORAGE LIKE. UM LAWN LAWN EQUIPMENT AND THINGS THAT THEY WOULD USE FOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE AROUND THE PROBLEM. MY RECOLLECTION IS WE DIDN'T TAKE EVIDENCE IN THIS CASE, DO WE? UM NO SEEING AS WE, WE ATTAIN THE CONTINUANCE. BUT THE CASE HAS SINCE BEEN COMPLIED, SO WE'RE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING AND DO NOT REPEAT ORDER BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ANY UNDERLYING EVIDENCE FOR IT. OKAY? ALL RIGHT. THE RESPONDENT HAS SINCE RE SUBMITTED THEIR PERMANENT APPLICATION, WHICH IS GONE, UH, IT'S CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW. UM. SEEING AS THE MAIN VIOLATION WAS FOR FAILURE TO OBTAIN A PERMIT, UM, FOR CULVERTS THAT THEY INSTALLED ON THE PROPERTY, OKAY? AND THEY'RE NOW SEEKING THAT PERMIT THERE NOW SEEKING THAT PERMIT. IT HASN'T HASN'T OFFICIALLY BEEN APPROVED BY OUR I BELIEVE IT HAS TO GO ON THE REVIEW THROUGH OUR PUBLIC WORKS. OFFICIAL. APARTMENTS THAT ARE ON THIS PARTICULAR ADDRESS, AND, UM. OBVIOUSLY WE HAVE ANOTHER, UH, CASE UNDER 21-144 FOR THE SAME SET OF APARTMENTS AND IN MY DISCUSSION WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER, THEY'RE GOING TO BE TAKING MEASURES TO READ, RESET ALL THE DISPLAYS OF ADDRESS FOR ALL THE UNITS THAT THEY HAVE WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF INDIAN TOWN, WHICH WOULD MEAN THAT THEY'RE GOING TO BE, UM. UPDATING THE DISPLAYS FOR ABOUT 46 UNITS HERE WITHIN THE TOWN.

OKAY, UM, SO SEEING AS THEY'RE TAKING THOSE MEASURES WERE GOING TO GO AHEAD AND A LOT OF THEM.

ADDRESS WASN'T PUT WITHIN A AREA THAT IS. IS CLEARLY VISIBLE FROM THE ROADWAY, WHICH IS SPECULATED WITHIN THE ACTUAL, UM, ORDER HERE, SO WE. GAVE YOU KNOW, DURING OUR REINSPECTION. WE DID GIVE SOME RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO HOW THEY COULD GO ABOUT, UM.

RESETTING THE NUMBERS AND, MORE RECENTLY, UM. YESTERDAY AS A MATTER OF FACT, WHEN I REVISITED THE SITE, UM IT'S STILL HADN'T BEEN DONE. UM I SPOKE WITH A RESIDENT OF THE PROPERTY WHO SAID THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON GETTING THIS DONE. AND JUST SEEING AS IT'S A. COMMON COLD VIOLATION AND WE WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO FACILITATE COMPLIANCE. WE WANT TO GIVE THEM SOME ADDITIONAL TIME TO GO AHEAD AND FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE UNDER THIS SECTION OF FIVE DAYS.
