THE RESPONDENT COLD PEPPER PROPERTIES OF FLORIDA LLC. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE PRESENT. ACCORDING TO THE SUNBIZ RECORD, THE REGISTERED AGENT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS MR THOMAS CULPEPPER. WHO AS WELL DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE PRESENT. UM THE CASE CONCERNS THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16810 SOUTHWEST WAR FIELD BOULEVARD IN THE IN TOWN, FLORIDA.

ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF MARTIN COUNTY, THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS COLD PEPPER PROPERTIES OF FLORIDA LLC. A COPY OF THE PROPERTY APPRAISER.

RECORD OF OWNERSHIP IS MARK BEFORE YOU AS EXHIBIT ONE, OKAY? AND AS WELL AS A COPY OF THE SON BOOZE. RECORD HAS BEEN MARKED BEFORE YOU AS EXHIBIT ONE. A. I CITED THE SAME FIVE VIOLATIONS I PREVIOUSLY LISTED IN MY TESTIMONY. OKAY? THEY NOTICE INDICATED THE RESPONDENT WAS GIVEN UNTIL AUGUST. 13TH 2021. TO CORRECT THE VIOLATIONS AND WAS INFORMED OF THE NEED TO CONTACT THE VILLAGE CODE ENFORCEMENT UPON DOING SO. THIS. NOTICE WAS SENT TO THE RESPONDENT BY CERTIFIED MAIL. AND BY POSTING THE PROPERTY. CALL THAT I RECEIVED FROM HER AND AT THAT TIME ON SEPTEMBER 7TH SHE HAD ADVISED, SHE WAS EXPLAINED, ARE IN FULL DETAIL THE VIOLATIONS AND SHE ADVISED THAT THEY WOULD BE ADDRESSING THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. UM ON SEPTEMBER 13 2021. I DID A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION AND FOUND. THE TEMPORARY SIGNS HAD BEEN REMOVED AND THE. PALMETTO BERRY VENDOR HAD SUBMITTED A, UH VALID BTR BUSINESS TAX RECEIPT. UH TO OUR PERMIT TECHNICIANS OF WHICH QUALIFIED HIM FOR AN ITINERANT MERCHANT PERMIT INSTEAD OF IN LIEU OF THE CONDITIONAL USE OR SORT OF CERTIFICATE OF USE PERMIT THAT HE WOULD HAVE NEEDED TO OBTAIN WITHOUT THE BTR. UH, AT THIS TIME BASED ON MY TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE WHERE EIGHT. I DO A TEST THAT THE VIOLATIONS HAVE SINCE BEEN CURED. THE SIGNS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND THE MERCHANT. ALTHOUGH IT WASN'T WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT WE INITIALLY SET, THE MERCHANT DID OBTAIN VALID PERMIT, UM FOR THE REMAINING PERIOD, WHICH I THINK AFTER SEPTEMBER 13TH WAS JUST A MATTER OF FEW DAYS BEFORE THEY SINCE VACATED THE PREMISES AND ARE NO LONGER THERE. WHEN DID YOU INSPECT AGAIN? REINSPECT. WE RE INSPECTED. AS OF AS OF SEPTEMBER, 15TH WOULD HAVE BEEN MY FINAL REINSPECTION, WHICH. WE OBSERVED THE MERCHANT FOR THE PALMETTO VARIES THAT SINCE VACATED THE PREMISES AND THE SIGNS HAD. ALL THE POLITICAL SIGNS AND, UM, MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS THAT WERE ON THE PROPERTY. IT'S SINCE BEEN REMOVED, ALL RIGHT, SO. WHAT ARE YOU ASKING? WE'RE AT THIS POINT. WE'RE ASKING THAT WE ATTAIN A IN ORDER TO NOT REPEAT. IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT THE COMPLIANCE IS MAINTAINED. PARTICULARLY FOR THIS VENDOR BECAUSE THE PALMETTO BERRY VENDOR IS, UH IT IS A SEASONAL SALE THAT OCCURS HERE WITHIN OUR TONE, AND WE WANT TO ENSURE THAT THIS VENDOR ATTAINS THE PROPER. UM THE FIRST TRAILER THERE'S TWO TRAILERS THAT ARE PARKED BACK TO BACK THERE. THE ONE ON THE FURTHEST. AH POINT CLOSEST TO THE WOODEN PRIVACY FENCE IS IN DISREPAIR. THERE. THERE'S FLAT TIRES ON THAT TRAILER. THE ONE CLOSEST, UM, WHICH IS A LITTLE BIT MORE VISIBLE IN THIS DEPICTION IS AN INOPERABLE STATE. UM. IN THE GOING FURTHER TO THE RIGHT OF THIS PANEL, YOU'LL SEE A PICKUP TRUCK WITH THE HOOD PROPPED OPEN AND A GENTLEMAN, UH, SERVICING THE VEHICLE. HE INDICATED THAT HE WAS CONDUCTING. SERVICE FOR THE PROPERTY OWNER ON THE VEHICLE AND THAT'S SHOWN IN THE DEPICTION. HE WAS SIMPLY THERE.

ALMOST AS. IN A SENSE INDICATED AS IF HE WAS AN EMPLOYER OR AN EMPLOYEE, UM, CONDUCTING SERVICE FOR THE PROPERTY OWNER ON THE PROPERTY, OKAY? UM GOING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM PANEL. IT'S JUST A ZOOMED IN VIEW OF THE GENTLEMAN CONDUCTING SERVICE ON THE VEHICLE AND SET OF TWO TRUCKS. UM THAT ARE PARKED THERE ALONGSIDE THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION.
